Eileen Hattan Lynch has served as Chief of Staff and District Director to Illinois State Senator Don Harmon since 2013. Before joining Senator Harmon, she served as a Senior Policy Advisor in the Illinois Governor’s Office of Policy Development, the Legislative and Advocacy Coordinator for the League of Women Voters of Illinois and as a Legislative Assistant for the United States Senate in Washington D.C. In these positions she has handled policy, communications, community outreach and constituent service across a broad range of policy topics. She lives in Oak Park with her husband, Dan, and their 4 children.
