Nikki Grigsby is the Senior Vice President of Client Experience at Cision where she leads a team focused on creating ways to enhance and transform the client experience through delivery of operational objectives, service innovation strategies, process standardization and continuous improvement. Nikki has 20 years of leadership experience including the creation, expansion and deployment of domestic and international teams for ADP. Nikki is passionate about developing people and fostering leadership opportunities. She believes in authentic leadership, diversity and taking risks as keys to successful innovation.
